Lansinoh Laboratories (we, us, our, Lansinoh) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal information that you supply us with or personal data that we collect about you (as described in this policy) is processed fairly and lawfully and in line with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).

We are registered under the Act as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) with registration number ZA148916.

By providing personal data you consent to receive promotional and informational materials using the email or mailing address you provided on the registration screen or via cookies.

1 INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1.1 personal information provided to us upon completion of the registration form. The information you give us may include your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, job title, place of work. This information is kept private and cannot be seen by anyone other than you and our system administrators.

1.1.2 correspondence and records of all contact with you, including, but not limited to, your participation in competitions; surveys; sampling programme.

1.1.3 if you contact us by telephone, your telephone conversations with us may be recorded. This is to help us in our continued attempts to improve customer service and to offer additional security;

1.1.4 surveys that we may use for research purposes from time to time, which we have asked you to complete, although you are under no obligation to respond to them;

1.1.5 information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

1.2 If you are providing us with information about another person, you should have their consent and you should also consider whether they should read this Policy.

2 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.1 We use information held about you in the following ways:

2.1.1 to provide you with marketing or promotional material that may be of interest to you. We will only send such material where you have consented to receive it and only in the manner in which you have agreed to receive it;

2.1.2 for research and product development purposes.

2.1.3 to send samples to the address supplied by you through the Lansinoh In The Know programme.

3 WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

3.1 All the information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and only used for the purposes described in this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

3.2 All information you provide to us is, as far as reasonably practicable, is stored securely through a third party platform provider, SilverPop.

5.1 You have the right not to receive marketing information. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you can either click the unsubscribe button on the email or let us know via email at help@lansinoh.co.uk.

5.2 The Act gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Your right of access can be exercised by making a written request to the:
